2 Ball Power Dribble

Players start with a ball in front of their right knee. When the player revolves the ball to the front of their left knee, this counts as ½ rotation.  When the ball gets back to the player’s right knee, this counts as one full rotation.  If the ball drops at any point, the player must pick up the ball and begin from where the ball dropped and continue the current rotation. Figure 8 Dribble

Players start with a ball in front of their right foot. Players must take a minimum of 8 dribbles in different locations to make one full rotation back to their right foot. If the ball drops at any point, the player must pick up the ball and begin from where the ball dropped and continue the current rotation. Click HERE to view.

Flip Flop

Players start with the ball between their legs with one hand in front of their body holding the ball and one hand behind their body holding the ball. The ball should be suspended in the air on the start.  When the clock starts, the player “flip flops” their hands, switching the back hand to the front position and the front hand to the back position without the ball touching the ground.  Each correct “flip flop” counts as one revolution. Front Back Bounce

Players start with the ball up front with both hands on the ball. When the clock starts the player must bounce, not drop, the ball in a V-Like bounce to the back. As the ball goes to the back of the player, they must move both hands to the backside and bounce the ball back to the front in a V-Like bounce. Each correct bounce counts as one rotation. Front Back Catch

Players start with the ball between their legs with both hands holding the ball and in the front of their body.  The ball should be suspended in the air on the start.  When the clock starts, the player must toss the ball up slightly and move both of their hands to the back of their body without the ball touching the ground.  Each correct switch of hands counts as one revolution.
